Dear St. Luke CYO Families,

We’re excited to officially open registration for the 2026 St. Luke CYO Fall Season!

This fall, young athletes can participate in:

🏈 Flag Football
⚽ Soccer
🏐 Volleyball

Whether your child is returning for another season or joining CYO for the first time, we look forward to welcoming your family for another season of faith, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun!

Registration Information

⏰ Registration closes: 8/21/2026

Roster sizes are limited under Archdiocese guidelines. Families are encouraged to register early, as registration does not guarantee placement once a division reaches its maximum roster capacity.

Returning players will be prioritized when possible. However, team placement, coach requests, teammate requests, and specific roster assignments cannot be guaranteed. Teams will be formed at the discretion of the St. Luke CYO Board in accordance with Archdiocese policies.

Season Timeline

• Practices may begin: Week of 8/31
• Opening weekend: 9/18/26

Volunteer Coaches Needed

Our programs depend on dedicated adult volunteers. Anyone interested in coaching should email saintlukecyo@gmail.com.

All coaches and volunteers must complete the required Archdiocese certification, background-check, and safeguarding requirements before participating with a team.

Parish Eligibility

Registrations are considered provisional for families who do not:

• Live within the St. Luke parish boundary;
• Attend St. Luke Catholic School; or
• Belong to St. Luke Catholic Church as registered parishioners.

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if your child is not placed on a team
• Full refund, less a $10 administrative fee, if withdrawn before uniforms are ordered
• 50% refund if withdrawn after rosters are shared but before the season schedule is published
• No refunds after the season schedule is published
