Each season we ask that coaches complete the following documents to help our CYO provide the most updated information to the ArchSA prior to the beginning of each season. All of these forms once completed can be sent to the SL CYO Athletic Director Javier Rodriguez or provided to the SL CYO AD at coaches meeting.

COACHES CERTIFICATION

COACHES / VOLUNTEERS

 

INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED?


All volunteers are required to have an updated CBC and Archdiocese Virtus

requirements up to date prior to ministering to the youth of the CYO Ministry.

Only Certified Coaches with a valid badge will be allowed to be on the bench with


their teams once the season starts on Friday September 10th.


Last day to receive a badge for the 2021 Fall


Sport Season is FRIDAY September 24th.


CYO is for Children, but its success depends upon the active participation of adults.

All volunteers or those interested in coaching must contact your parish board.
