Dear St. Luke CYO Families,

We’re excited to share that registration is officially OPEN for the 2026 Spring Baseball and Softball! The deadline to register is Friday, February 27th at 11:59 PM, so don’t wait!

Late registration begins February 28th and will only be used to fill incomplete teams. The $50 late fee will be waived if you’re helping fill an under-rostered team. Otherwise, the late fee will apply if your child is placed on a team that already meets or exceeds the minimum.

Please note, team formation will follow new Archdiocese guidelines with updated maximum roster sizes. While we’ll prioritize returning players, we can’t guarantee team placement if limits are exceeded. Other players will be placed through a lottery process, and teams are formed at the discretion of the Board — not based on coach, player, or parent requests.

Practices may begin in mid-March, depending on the volunteer coach's schedule. Opening weekend games will start on or around April 10th, 2026, and our home games will be held at St. Luke Field field.

We’re also looking for coaches! If you're interested, please email us at saintlukecyo@gmail.com. First-time coaches must complete the Archdiocese badge process at https://archsa.org/cyo/#coach.

Each player receives one official uniform per sport with registration. Teams are required to wear the official CYO-issued uniform — no alternates allowed. If you're interested in sponsoring uniforms for the season, please contact us!

Please note: If you don’t live within the St. Luke parish boundary, attend the school, or aren’t a registered parishioner, your registration will be considered provisional. Contact saintlukecyo@gmail.com with questions.

 Refund Policy:

• 100% refund if not placed on a team

• Full refund (less $10 fee) if withdrawn before uniforms are ordered (by March 8)

• 50% refund if withdrawn after rosters are shared but before the schedule is published

• No refunds after the season schedule is published
